More fun from our summer camps!
Here are some photos of our CARDBOARD CITY! We built this a couple of weeks ago and the kids had a blast! We had an airport, a house, a skyscraper, a candy store, a toy store, a pizza shop and more!
If you ever need a cheap and quick activity for your kids give them a box it entertains them for hours and they use their imagination so well!
Are your children physically active?
Here is a link to a great article about a fitness test that researchers are developing.
Take a look it is very interesting: Researchers develop kids fitness test
Week 6
Wow! Week 6 seems to have come around really fast!
We will be taking photos of your kids for their report cards the next few weeks.
Here is what we are doing this week:
This week the theme is: The Beach!
Key Skills: Straddle Shape and Handstands!
The Jump Team!
UBC Infant Hearing Study
The UBC Pediatric Audiology Lab (PAL) is doing a study on hearing in infants
under 20 months old. Hearing screening results are shared with the parents
and an honorarium is provided. Results from this study may improve current
clinical methods and help with early diagnosis of hearing loss in infants.
Email pal@audiospeech.ubc.ca to schedule a visit or for more details.
Week 5 at Jump!
Can you believe that we are over halfway through summer!!!!!!!!!!!
CRAZY Since we live in such a beautiful place and we are celebrating it this week as a Province it makes sense that theme at Jump this week is British Columbia!
The key skills this week are BALANCING and ANIMAL WALKS.
Have a great week.
